Vectos working on majority of Manchester city centre regeneration

Vectos has been providing transport planning and waste management services for five of the eight major Manchester city centre regeneration projects, all of which received planning approval on Thursday 9 March .

Vectos Director Gareth Davis, has been responsible for the Nickel & Dime; Manchester Goods Yard; and Vita Student, Circle Square

"This has been a very exciting time for us, being involved in most of the major city centre regeneration projects in the third biggest metropolitan economy in the UK," Gareth said.

"I'm proud that we helped to get these three projects over the line for Allied London and Select Property Group; all of which were complex and required a lot of detail design inputs."

Vectos Associate Director Darren Lovell has been responsible for Bruntwood's Siemens site alongside the adjacent PJ Livesey's Homes site.

"Vectos has again assisted Bruntwood and secured the first phase at Siemens for both the commercial and PJ Livesey’s residential element, this is the first step to delivering the overall site’s future aspirations.” he said.
